The CoolGM ® SGT series is a two-component addition molding room temperature (or high temperature) cured silicone thermal conductive sealant product specially developed for the heat dissipation needs of industrial components. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, good fluidity, low shrinkage rate, and high thermal conductivity. Some models of products can achieve self adhesion to components, making it an ideal choice for thermal sealing in harsh environments. At the same time, the SGT series can adjust the formula according to different needs, and produce products with different densities and hardness to meet the needs of customers.
