Handheld electronic devices require protection of component functions in small spaces, such as sealing of display screens and cameras, sound sealing of sound chambers, permanent fixation of plugs, impact protection of sensitive components, and so on. All of these require foam to help achieve.

The GM-Z series polyurethane foam products meet this application requirement, and the ultra soft and slow rebound formula enables the material to have a certain degree of shock absorption and protection while ensuring sealing. instructions:

1.Firstly, confirm the thickness of the space that needs to be filled.

2. Confirm the thickness of the backing adhesive required for the foam.

3.The remaining space after subtracting the thickness of the backing adhesive from the thickness of the space is the actual space filled with foam.

4. Find the material corresponding to the actual filling space in the final thickness column based on the application location.


If the actual filling space of 0.20mm corresponds to two materials, GM-Z-150-0.5t-P and GM-Z-200-0.5t-P, which are suitable for LCD gasket applications, customers can screen based on experience or determine through installation testing.
